Information banner instructions


The information banner enables users to find out about some operations in help request

The information banner is available on help request screens.

The banner is displayed at the top of the screen and is always visible. The banner displays messages one after another, with a few seconds' pause between each message. Moving the mouse pointer over the banner will halt the display, thereby enabling you to read the message more easily.
Selecting a message (by clicking on it) displays an explanation about the relevant topic. This notice opens in a new window, and can therefore be used for user assistance while using the application. Internet connection is not required for this service!

Messages are updated automatically

There are three message categories :

Information messages : for example: instructions. These messages are displayed in white.

Warning messages : for example: warning users that an application is not up to date. These messages are displayed in orange.

Alerts: for example: help requests that have not been sent. These messages are displayed in red, in order to attract users' attention.
